Immediate removable prosthesis

To replace your natural teeth, partial or full dentures are the ideal solution for maintaining your quality of life, health, and self-esteem. From a functional and aesthetic perspective, there's a whole range of custom-made dentures to give you the stability, comfort, and smile you want.

Created from impressions of your gums and natural teeth before they are extracted, an immediate prosthesis ensures that you do not remain edentulous during the healing period, which can last several months.

Placed in the mouth immediately after edentulism, the immediate prosthesis protects the oral tissues by limiting bleeding, which promotes uniform healing of the gums and faster recovery of masticatory function and phonetics.

Despite being made to measure, it should be remembered that this type of prosthesis is designed to meet transitional needs due to its short-term instability. Naturally, gum resorption will require regular adjustments or relining of your immediate denture during the first year.

Partial removable prostheses

To replace your natural teeth, partial or full dentures are the ideal solution for maintaining your quality of life, health, and self-esteem. From a functional and aesthetic perspective, there's a whole range of custom-made dentures to give you the stability, comfort, and smile you want.

Partial dentures are designed to replace one or more missing teeth to allow more efficient chewing and digestion and to prevent the remaining teeth from moving into the edentulous spaces.

01

ACRYLIC PARTIAL DENTURES

This type of partial denture is often used as an immediate or temporary prosthesis when further work on the natural teeth is required. Because it does not have cast clasps and a metal structure that rests on your natural teeth, it is less stable and encourages bone loss.

02

METALLIC PARTIAL DENTURES

Although it is possible to make partial dentures entirely from acrylic, choosing a partial made from a metal skeleton (composed of metal alloys or titanium) provides greater comfort and better stability for artificial teeth. Held to the natural teeth by small clasps, the metal partial is much lighter than the acrylic partial, making the adaptation period easier and shorter, while restoring a balance that is both functional and aesthetic.

PARTIAL DENTURES WITH PRECISION ATTACHMENTS

Are the clasps on your partials causing you problems? Here's a prosthesis that attaches to your remaining natural teeth or to dental implants. This type of removable prosthesis offers you an alternative treatment plan to other, much more expensive options. As well as providing unrivalled comfort, the aesthetic appearance of your smile remains more natural, as there are no visible metal clasps.

Complete removable prostheses

To replace your natural teeth, partial or full dentures are the ideal solution for maintaining your quality of life, health, and self-esteem. From a functional and aesthetic perspective, there's a whole range of custom-made dentures to give you the stability, comfort, and smile you want.

Reserved for those who no longer have any teeth, complete removable prostheses, also known as dentures, are manufactured to different standards of fit (semi-precision and balanced), enabling a treatment plan to be tailored to each individual's aesthetic and functional expectations.

  • THE SEMI-PRECISION PROSTHESIS

Commonly known as a semi-precision or standard prosthesis, this type of prosthesis can limit masticatory movements, as the rotational recordings of the mandible are not reproduced during its manufacture. It offers only one reciprocal movement, that of opening and closing the mouth. Although not recommended for cases of advanced bone resorption, this type of prosthesis can nevertheless meet aesthetic and stability needs, depending on the condition of the gums.

  • BALANCED OR PRECISION PROSTHESES

In appearance, a balanced denture is no different from a standard or semi-precision denture. The teeth are the same, as is the pink acrylic that forms the base of the denture. However, the balanced prosthesis, also known as a precision prosthesis, allows the patient to make exact protrusion (chin movement forwards) and lateral movements (chin movement to the left or right) without there being any interference between the teeth. Unrivalled in its naturalness and aesthetic appeal, the balanced prosthesis is manufactured to the same standards as the implant-supported prosthesis. Precise physiological measurements enable the occlusal base to be balanced on the gums, providing maximum comfort and harmonious joint function during chewing.

Implant-supported prostheses

From a functional and aesthetic perspective, there is a whole range of prostheses designed to give you the stability, comfort, and smile you want.

Developed from a balanced prosthesis, the implant-supported prosthesis offers unmatched fit and aesthetic appeal. Depending on the quality and volume of the jawbone, a minimum of 2 implants are required for full functionality.

More popular than ever, implant-supported dentures are considered to be the only complete dentures that provide chewing strength comparable to that of natural teeth. Whether we're talking about a removable or fixed implant-supported prosthesis, the stability of implants is designed to slow down the process of bone resorption caused by tooth loss and the wearing of a traditional prosthesis.

  • REMOVABLE PROSTHESES ON IMPLANTS

This type of treatment allows the implants to stabilize and retain the prosthesis, which remains partially supported by the gums. Removable on 2 or 3 implants, this prosthesis considerably slows bone resorption and restores masticatory function, putting an end to discomfort and recurrent injuries.

  • REMOVABLE PROSTHESES ON BARS WITH IMPLANTS

Used in cases of very advanced bone resorption, this option remains the best treatment solution for those who wish to retain a removable prosthesis. With this type of prosthesis, the implants are connected by a metal structure (bar) that solidifies and supports the prosthesis. The partial support on the gum gives it all the advantages of dental implants (strength, comfort, chewing force and aesthetic appeal).

Development of this type of treatment means that the bar can now be integrated inside the prosthesis, leaving only very discreet connection elements in the patient's gum when the prosthesis is removed.

  • FIXED PROSTHESES ON IMPLANTS

Like the removable prosthesis on a bar, the fixed prosthesis on implants is specially designed to respond to cases of very advanced bone resorption. Permanently fixed to the gum, this prosthesis is fully supported by implants that preserve the jawbone in the same way as natural teeth. Precisely adapted, the fixed implant-supported prosthesis provides a feeling of stability and aesthetics unmatched by any other alternative prosthetic treatment plan.
